  5. Take 1 teaspoon pepper powder
  6. Prepare 1 teaspoon garam masala
  7. Take 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions to make Beetroot Pulav:
  1. Heat ghee in a kadhai. Add minced veggies. Cook for two mins.
  2. Now add ginger-garlic-chilli paste and cook until the veggies are cooked completely.
  3. To the cooked veggies add lemon juice and garam masala. Mix well.
  4. Add rice. Add salt and pepper as per taste. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
