- Get 2 cups gram flour

- Cut spinach stems and separate it's leaves. Clean it. And wash it.
- Cut spinach or you can use leaves directly also.
- Take gram flour in a large mixing bowl add rise flour in it. Add all the spices and make a lump free batter.
- Add chopped spinach leaves in it and mix it nicely.
- Heat oil in kadhai. Add 1-2 t spn hot oil in batter and mix it.pakoda becomes crisper because of it.
- Drop pakodas in hot oil with help of spoon or with your hand. Fry it golden brown by flipping it on medium heat.
- Remove pakodas out of of oil and serve it with chutany or tomato sauce.
