- Get 5 chapati (Indian brown bread)
- Take 2 teaspoons oil

- Take to taste salt
Instructions to make Chapati Chiwda:
- Re-use 5 chapati prepared earlier, cut it into small pieces by hand
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat
- Once oil is warm add mustard seeds
- As it sizzles, add turmeric powder and mix it well
- Add pieces of chapati
- Roast it for about 5-7 minutes till chapati pieces becomes a bit crispy
- Add chilli powder, salt and mix it well
- Turn off the heat and add sugar, mix it well
- Serve it hot
