- Continue to cook and when the water is about to evaporate add chopped coriander leaves and let the water evaporate completely which will take approximately about 15 mins.
- Your boiled fish with bamboo shoots is ready. Let it cool down completely and gently spoon them in a serving dish and serve with steamed rice.
