- Bake covered on the center rack of the oven for 20 minutes. - - Uncover and continuing cooking for 3-5 minutes. Remove from the oven. Use a large spatula to remove the filets from the pan to the plate. - - NOTE: the cover of the pot will be very hot remember to wear your oven mitts
