  1. Grind the Betel Leaves into smooth paste. In a bowl add all ingredients along with grinded betel leaves. You can grind sauf with betel leave or you can put it directly [as you like]
  2. Mix well. make a dough.. you can also freeze it for 10 mins if required
  3. Grease the Modak Mold with ghee.. spread pinch of coconut powder in the mold [optional]. keep a ball from the dough in the mold.. close it..
  4. Paan Bahar Modaks are ready.
