  1. Remove the skin of aubergine and steam for 15 minutes in a steamer.
  2. Once steamed let it cool. Mash the steamed aubergine and leave it aside. - In a bowl add yogurt, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste and chilli paste. Mix well and add the mashed aubergine. Garnish with spring onion, coriander, tomatoes, pomegranate and capsicum. - Leave it in fridge for couple of hours.
