  1. Get 3 cups self-rising flour plus more for dusting
  2. Take 1/2 cup milk
  3. Take 2 large eggs

  6. Take 1/2 cup diced cold butter
  7. Take 1 large egg for egg washing the tops

  1. Preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit. Mix the flour, sugar, and salt. Beat the two eggs, and set aside. Take and incorporate the cold butter into the flour by crushing it with your fingers. The flour should look like sand.
  2. Dust the blueberries with flour. Stir the milk and blueberries into the flour mixture. Don't knead the dough but fold till mixed well.
  3. Form into round shapes and put on a lined baking pan, lined with parchment paper. Brush just the tops with the last egg. Don't get on the sides or they won't rise as they should.
