- Roast kiwi on a roti grill or wire mesh or in tandoor and then peel it and keep aside.
- Now blend Crushed Black Pepper, Chopped Ginger, Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Roasted Cumin Seeds along with little water into a smooth paste
- Now add Roasted Kiwi's, Black Salt, Salt, Sugar and grind till smooth.
- Now add ice cubes and blend and serve chilled or other way is to pour tempering and then serve.
- So for tempering take a pan on heat add cumin seeds and Asafoetida and roast them.
- Now add this tempering in pan and mix well then add water and drain through stainer and pour it in glass and serve it.
