- Get 250 grams bitter gourd
- Take 1 tsp haldi/turmeric powder
- Get to taste salt and red chilli powder
- Make ready 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- Get 2 tablespoons rice flour
- Take 1/2 tsp sugar
- Take Pinch Hing/asafoetida
- Prepare as needed Oil for deep frying

- Wash and cut Karela each into three pieces vertically boil it for 2 minutes with half teaspoon of haldi and half teaspoon of salt, drain it keep it
- On that Karela add rice flour, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, haldi,salt and sugar_ mix all the things with help of hands, no need to add water
- Take oil in a Kadhai, add Hing, add this masala mix Karela pieces, fry till golden brown
