- Get 1/4 cup Yogurt, plain
- Take 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
- Make ready 2 tsp Salt
- Get 1 tsp Sugar
- Make ready 1 tsp Ginger paste or freshly grated or crushed
- Make ready 1 tbsp Garlic paste or freshly crushed
- Take 1 tsp Green chilies chopped finely
- Take 3 tbsp Cilantro or coriander leaves chopped finely
- Get 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Prepare 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
- Take For Tempering
- Make ready 2 tbsp oil
- Take 2 tsp white sesame seeds

Place zucchini, cut side down, on a lined baking sheet. Sautéed Spinach, Baby Zucchini and Mushrooms. Stir in beans and spinach, and return to a boil. - To give tempering, heat oil in a pan/ wok, and all ingredients under tempering. Cut the Muthiya in 1/2 inch thikness and add to the tempering.
- Sprinkle some fresh coriander over and serve with hot cup of tea.
