  5. Toast for 20 minutes first, then shake cookie sheet gently to redistribute the little guys. Toast for another 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven. Put in a glass or metal bowl.
  6. Taste test…if you think that you need more salt or any other spices, now is a good time to add them and stir well. Yumm!
