  1. Make ready 12 ounces frozen chopped kale
  2. Make ready 1-1/2 pound chicken thighs boneless and skinless
  3. Get 2 slices thick bacon
  4. Get 1 stick butter
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup buttermilk
  6. Get 1/2 cup whole milk
  7. Take 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  8. Take 1 teaspoon ground white pepper powder
  9. Make ready 1 teaspoon salt
  10. Make ready 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Melt the butter and fry the bacon till crispy. Chop the bacon up.
  2. Slice the chicken and season with salt and white pepper powder. Then add to the butter and bacon drippings. Allow to sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Add in the kale and sauté then simmer covered, 12 minutes total. About half and half on time of sauté and simmer.
  4. Add in the 1/2 the flour. Stir in the the other half. Allow to sauté for 7 minutes.
  5. Then add in both milks and let it thicken. Don't overcook the sauce or it will break.
