  2. Brown sausages in a pan then add the onion (diced) and fry for a further 4 - 5 minutes till translucent
  3. Put sausages and rest of chopped vegetables into a casserole dish (I just used a medium sized Pyrex dish).
  4. Mix together water and seasoning then pour over other ingredients. Leave in the oven for 1 hour then serve!
