- Take a flat pan, and heat pure ghee and low the flame, pour a spoonful of mawa mixture in it, when it's cooked from one side, turn it to another side and let it cook.
- Once cooked, transfer it to the sugar syrup and leave it for 4-5 minutes.
- Cook other malpuas with the same method
- Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachio.
